Strawberry and Raspberry Wine

We leisurely took the time to laugh a little, 15 years to be exact, to make sure that time did its work on our Ricaneux. The blend of strawberry and raspberry wines has been transformed into a soft Madeira type of wine. With its beautiful amber colour, the Patriarche has a woody nose with notes of mandarin liqueur. On the palate, it reminds one of apricot jam and caramelized applesauce that develop into a lingering finish.

SUGGESTIONS : Aperitif, digestive (with bittersweet chocolate) and desserts (chocolate cake, crème brûlée, pecan pie).
T° : Serve chilled. Between 14 and 16 °C, with or without ice.
Conservation : Ready to drink. Once opened, it can be kept for at least 6 months. Aging capacity of 2 years

Servir tempéré sans glace. Apéritif, en cocktail avec une bière dorée, digestif (avec chocolats amers) et desserts (gâteau au chocolat, crème brûlée, tarte aux pacanes).
