We caught Mr. Blackbird in the act, eating from our fields. He still left us some berries to create this delectable nectar. This rich and complex, cream with a deep purple colour, offers an exuberant nose with torrified notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Its attractive and warm aromas persist for a long time in a finale that reminds one of fig and molasses.

NO ADDED SULPHITES | NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE

SUGGESTIONS : Digestif, kir (with white wine, champagne or cider), added to sparkling water, cocktails, iced coffee and desserts (ice cream, fruit salad, cheesecake).
T° : Serve between 4 and 8 °C, with or without ice.
Conservation : Ready to drink. Once opened, it can be kept for at least 6 months. Aging capacity of 2 years.

Servir entre 4 et 8 °C, avec ou sans glace. Digestif, kir (avec vin blanc, champagne, cidre ou vin d'érable), allongé d’eau pétillante, cocktails, café glacé et desserts (crème glacée, salade de fruits, gâteau au fromage).
