Raspberry Sorbet

Sorbet Framboise

Blend all the ingredients and serve in a champagne flute. Decorate with fresh strawberries or raspberries.

Ingredients (for 4 people)
  • 450 mL Strawberry or Raspberry Sorbet
  • 3 oz Raspberry Cream
  • 2 oz Cream 35%
  • 500 mL Pimpante (sparkling rosé)
