Le Sureau tonic

Combine all the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes. Stir and serve with a zest of ginger.

• ½ c. Teaspoon of Honey
• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Elderberry Cream
• 3 oz Tonic
• Water
Ice Cubes
• Zest of ginger
